PSV Store Return Policy
Items shipped from the Physical Security Village Store can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with the following conditions:
- The items must be in unused condition, with packages not opened where applicable.
- Digital items may not be returned once viewed or downloaded.
- Items made to order or customised may not be returned.
- If the item arrived damaged or was otherwise not as described, we will cover return shipping. Please contact us for a return label. Otherwise, you will have to cover return shipping, and the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
